Joe Conte is the executive director of the Staten Island Performing Provider System, an organization created to implement Medicaid redesign. The most successful PPS in New York, Joe leads a high tech team approach to population health that drives value based purchasing success. A C-suite veteran, Joe has worked at Northwell Health, Catholic Health Services and Beth Israel Medical Center, leading successful efforts in quality, finance, population health and information technology. He received his doctorate from Seton Hall University analyzing the impact of meaningful use on clinical, quality and cost outcomes.
