Details
Independent clinical laboratories have been on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing critical coronavirus testing and other diagnostic tests during the unprecedented public health crisis. The labs have quickly adapted their operations to fit the needs of a strained healthcare system.

The fast-paced regulatory environment, seemingly minute-by-minute changes to payer reimbursement policies, and a sudden uptick in uninsured and financially insecure patients are key challenges clinical labs are dealing with now and will have to deal with long after the crisis is over.

In this webcast, learn how a top clinical laboratory is navigating uncharted waters with the COVID-19 pandemic and how the company plans to maintain a smooth revenue cycle after the crisis is over. The webcast will focus on how to manage claim denials, pivot operations quickly and efficiently, implement patient-friendly billing processes, and track financial performance using data and KPIs, all during a crisis.
