Director, Healthcare Business Development
Bill Foster is Director, Healthcare Business Development at Spectralink, a provider of enterprise mobility solutions, where his responsibilities include relationship management with key strategic partners, facilitating business development, and forging alliances with collaboration partners. Prior to joining Spectralink, Bill served as VP of Sales for Ascom for over a decade. He has 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry and decades as a practicing manager and trainer focused on helping others to optimize technology and performance. With a strong background in leadership development, customer service, and sales, he has worked with organizations around the world. He is co-author of the book, “Coaching for Peak Employee Performance”, focused on addressing the day-to-day skills of developing team members to perform at their highest levels.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and is a graduate of the IBM Management School in Armonk, New York. Bill grew up in California but now lives in Austin, TX.
